We will email you a pre-paid shipping label and shipping instructions, within one business day of completion of on-line transaction. Simply package your trade-in product, attach the label, and ship it to us. Most items are shipped using FedEx.

Product received
Once we receive your product, we inspect the condition to make sure it matches the condition you selected.

Receive your payment
All payments will be issued approximately 45 days after the receipt and inspection of your traded product. Redemption checks will be issued by Market Velocity and are mailed via US Postal Service. Donation payments will be sent by CollectiveGood on your behalf, directly to the charity you selected. You will also receive an official tax receipt directly from the charity.
